Check-in counters open 3 hours before departure and close 60 minutes before departure.
Passengers must present valid Passport (valid for at least 6 months after return date) and Visa (if needed).
Passengers missing minimum check-in times will not be accepted and will lose their seats.
Please ensure to be at the gate at least 30 minutes before departure.
Boarding door closes 10 minutes before departure.
Late passengers will not be accepted; luggage will be removed and stored.
Passenger luggage will be removed from aircraft and kept with the company until passenger claims back.
- Unaccompanied minors: Children under 5 cannot fly alone. Ages 5-11 require special handling.
- Pregnant women: Accepted up to 34th week with certificate after.
- Reduced Mobility: Notify in advance if special assistance needed.
- Live Animals: Cats & Dogs allowed within 7kg with secure cages. Extra charges apply for heavier pets.
Passengers are responsible for their documents (passport & visa).
Airline is not responsible for visa rejections.
Travel may be refused if documentation is not valid.
We reserve the right to refuse travel to any Passenger whose documents do not appear to be in order, who arrive late at check-in/boarding gate or who refuse to follow the set-out rules of the airline e.g., excess baggage payment.
Should any of these occur, we will not make any refund or provide any alternative flight.
